




The house, which was built a towards the end of the 19th century, is located in the Nove Mesto’s residential/commercial zone in a row of houses in the tree-lined street leading to the Vltava River where stands the famous Dancing House by the architect Frank O. Gehry.
In 1999 the house was completely renovated and turned into an elegant and comfortable Jecna residential house. The renovation brought out a number exceptional decorative components of the house back to life, such as the Renaissance atrium arch near the entrance, the carved wooden gates, and also the glazing and doors from the early 20th century. Removing the excessive alterations of the past years restored the elegant original decorations throughout. The renovation work on the attic, with it’s timber roof structure, resulted in creating two unique attic flats.
The quarter of the city where the residential is situated boasts many various shops, restaurants, extensive park areas, charming squares and it is just a short distance from the Wenceslas Square, the heart of the old Prague.
The Jecna residential house has eight flats of various sizes. They are furnished to a luxury standard. All the flats are air-conditioned and suitable for a long-term stay. All windows are double-glazed and incorporating the sound-proofing layer. All flats are fitted with a security system. safety doors, safe, house telephone, TV with satellite aerial and digital radio. All floors are accessible by the lift.
Types of flats
Each flat has a kitchenette with refrigerator, freezer, glass cooking hob with a digester, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, the necessary cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. Bathrooms are fitted with a shower, washing basin, bidet, toilet and there is a washing machine and clothes dryer, as well as a hair dryer. Cleaning of the flats and common areas are done by the house service.
Flat A: three two-room flats with balcony
Each of these three flats of approx. 60 square metres, situated on a separate floor level, has a living room with a kitchenette, hallway, bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.
Flat B: three two-room mezzanine flat
Each of these mezzanine flats of approx. 80 square metres, situated on a separate floor level, has a living room with kitchenette, hallway, bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.
Flat C: three-room flat with two bathrooms and a terrace
Each of these three flats of approx. 80 square metres, situated on a separate floor level, has a living room with kitchenette, hallway, bedroom with double bed and a bathroom. From the living room there is an access via scenic staircase to the upper level where there is another bedroom and bathroom.
Flat D: three-room flat with two bathrooms
Each of these three flats of approx. 100 square metres, situated on a separate floor level, has a living room with kitchenette, hallway, bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.
